The existing linoleum has holes everywhere & the wallpaper is 20 years old

The staff room, the busiest part of the school, is mildly unattractive to say the least. Its current decoration dates from 2001. Twenty years later the wallpaper is peeling off the walls and the lino floor is torn and unsafe.
To improve the working conditions for our dedicated staff, we plan to redecorate from top to bottom: new wallpaper, new laminate flooring and new lighting and some small items of furniture.
